I have always had a love for food and cooking. Straight out of high-school, many moons ago, I attended and graduated culinary school landing an externship and short professional stint at a resort and spa in North Carolina. Due to situations out of my control, I needed to move home on short notice and have spent much of the past many years trying to figure out where I was meant to be.
The soup was so delicious and hearty on this cold blustery day. I also ordered the turkey/cranberry/cheese panini. Scrumptious. She will do specialty drinks like chai tea lattes and other drinks too. The cocoa is great too.Quite the little gem in Jacobus.
Was on a road trip and stumbled upon this place located inside the antique store. Coffee & sandwich was good. The lady /owner was so nice & the people inside the antique store was telling me about the history of the place. I think i was in that antique store for 2 hours or more.
Locally sourced ingredients and great quality! The bacon grilled cheese is my favorite, but the turkey cranberry white cheddar panini is a close second.
This cafe was so cute & I had a great experience! I even grabbed a little Halloween gift basket on the way out.
