The Full Story

I have always had a love for food and cooking. Straight out of high-school, many moons ago, I attended and graduated culinary school landing an externship and short professional stint at a resort and spa in North Carolina. Due to situations out of my control, I needed to move home on short notice and have spent much of the past many years trying to figure out where I was meant to be. 

​Life has given its fair share of obstacles, but blessings as well. One of which being this cafe. I knew I didn't want to just be any ol' cafe though. I wanted something different. something to help other small businesses as well. That's when I decided I wanted to locally source as many of my ingredients, products, etc. Small business, hands-on preparation, hence...Artisanal Eats was born. I hope you enjoy the cafe as much as I am enjoying creating it.
